Mi jut eszedbe arról, hogy „magyar”?
És arról, hogy „meleg”?
Biztos, hogy nem fér meg a kettő egymás mellett?
Ezen az estén egy közös, alkotó térben dolgozzuk fel a coming out és a rejtőzködés élményét – személyes történeteken, érzéseken és vizuális gondolatokon keresztül. Nem csak beszélgetünk: együtt gondolkodunk, megosztunk, és kapcsolódunk – egymáshoz és önmagunkhoz.
A workshop nyitott mindazok számára, akik érintettek, és azok számára is, akik családtagként, barátként vagy érdeklődőként szeretnének közelebb kerülni ehhez a tapasztalathoz. Hiszünk abban, hogy a különböző nézőpontok találkozása valódi párbeszédet tud elindítani.
Az alkotás központi szerepet kap: kollázsok, festmények, textilek, installációk vagy bármilyen egyéni forma segítségével jelenítheted meg, mit jelent számodra az előbújás vagy annak hiánya. Nem kell művésznek lenned – csak hozd magaddal a saját történetedet vagy kérdéseidet.
A workshop egy nagyobb projekt része: az itt születő alkotások egy későbbi kiállításon is bemutatásra kerülnek, így lehetőséged van arra, hogy a saját nézőpontodon keresztül mások is részesei lehessenek a történetünknek.

Alapanyagokat biztosítunk az alkotáshoz, de ha van kedved, hozhatsz saját eszközöket, tárgyakat is, amelyek számodra jelentéssel bírnak. Emellett mindenféle felajánlást is szívesen fogadunk (alapanyagok, textilek, eszközök stb.).

🌈 Coming Out at Home – Creative Workshop
What comes to mind when you hear the word “Hungarian”?
And what about “queer”?
Are you sure the two can’t exist together?
During this workshop, we will explore the experiences of coming out and staying closeted through shared stories, emotions, and visual expression. It’s not just a conversation – it’s a space to think together, connect, and create.
The workshop is open both to LGBTQ+ participants and to friends, family members, and anyone interested in understanding these experiences from different perspectives. We believe that meaningful dialogue begins where different viewpoints meet.
Creation is at the heart of the process: through collage, painting, textiles, installation, or any medium you choose, you can express what coming out (or not coming out) means to you. No artistic background is needed – just bring your perspective, your story, or your curiosity.
This workshop is part of a larger project: the artworks created here will later be presented in an exhibition, giving you the opportunity to share your perspective with a wider audience.

We will provide materials for creating, but you are welcome to bring your own objects or tools that carry personal meaning. We also gladly accept donations of materials (textiles, tools, creative supplies, etc.).
