We’ll have reflective invitations to seek meaning in whatever is surrounding us.
We’ll open ourself to emotions and feelings anchored in nature and we’ll engage in a compassionate action to care for our loved ones.

Waht is forest bathing?
A forest bathing walk is a multi-sensory, mindful and relaxing experience, where we consciously slow down, engage our senses, connect with land, nature and the more-than-human world. It is a group experience, where forest bathing people enjoy invitations. There is a sense of belonging present in these walks: a belonging to the land and nature, a belonging and connectedness with yourself and your fellow walkers. Invitations are means to get in touch with the natural world on forest bathing walks.
We follow a standard sequence of events on these walks. We get acquainted with the story and structure of forest bathing; we get to know each other participating in the given walk, we move beyond the threshold (a.k.a: we move further in the wilderness through a symbolic / real threshold).
Invitations unfold on our forest bathing walk: slowing down, movement, senses, scent, conscious presence become our main thing.
We do sharing circles, yet the forest bathing walk is done mostly in sacred silence.
