On the menu tonight:
Elotes: aka Street Corn. Corn on the cob, grilled, then slathered with crema, and finally topped with lime, Cotija (Mexican dry cheese) and Chili powder
Brochetas de Res: beef and bacon skewers grilled on the BBQ, with onions, red pepper and served with a fresh chimichurri sauce.
Chimichurri sauce: a beautiful raw sauce that is used in several Mexican and South American dishes, made with fresh parsley and cilantro. Make it all summer, it is so versatile!
Frijoles Charros: The authentic Mexican Cowboy dish. Pinto beans stewed with sausage, bacon, chorizo and spices, onion, garlic, and more… Just delicious side dish for all your BBQ!
Horchata Tres Leches: delicious sponge cake soaked in 3 different types of milk: Horchata (milk beverage infused with ground rice and cinnamon), evaporated, and condensed. Sweet, creamy and surprisingly refreshing! Serve it with a side of fresh fruits at a summer party!

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Chefs will try to accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions if given 72 hours notice. Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern.
