Hasu Bhaga believes in the power of a pause with mindfulness meditation and the ability this presents to transcend the chaos of the mind, and achieve clarity, self compassion, and peace that we all strive for in our day-to-day lives. A certified Mindfulness Meditation Facilitator, Hasu has taught, and followed the practice for over 15 years in both the workplace, and group settings for children aged Pre-K - Grade 12 and adults. Hasu incorporates simple and guided breath work practices that feel manageable in daily life. She is passionate about facilitating teaching methods and tools that work best for each individual and will sustainably support their overall wellness.The first session will be a focus on: "Release & Reset"
