Women's circles are a sacred space for women to share what is in their hearts - to be seen, heard and respected. To connect to the Divine Feminine and the goddess within. Shawna will guide you through a loving & kind Women’s Circle to connect, express & be in the feminine. She has been holding Women’s Circles for over 6 years now, and makes sure to create a safe, inclusive & welcoming space for all.For this special event we will be gathering outdoors beside a forest and surrounded by nature (if cold/raining we will move indoors). We will begin with pranayama (breath-work) and movements (yoga, dance, somatic movement) to ground and connect to the energy of this Full Moon, we will then share from the heart and speak our truth. At the end Shawna will give an intuitive card reading for the group :)

This Women's circle is open to all women/women identified, including cis & trans women.
Sunday: July 21: 1:00pm - 2:30pm, outdoor space in Anmore, BC - you will receive a welcome email with the exact address when booked :)
