This season feels like a mirror — a slow unfurling of truth and change. The trees, in their quiet wisdom, teach us how to let go with grace: burning bright before surrendering to the soil, becoming nourishment for what will bloom again.
Can you feel it too — the shifting inside your own body? The subtle rewiring of heart and spirit, the soft unraveling of what no longer fits? Transformation often moves in whispers for so long, and then suddenly — like the ginkgo tree that drops all her golden leaves in a single day — everything changes at once. You wake one morning to find yourself different: lighter, clearer, more wholly yourself.
This is the energy we’ll dance with — the sacred art of Metamorphosis. Through breath and movement, we’ll honor the long becoming that lives beneath the surface of change. Together, we’ll shed what’s ready to fall away and move toward the shimmering edge of what’s next — alive, awake, and ready to unfold new wings.

A Practice of liberation
Dancing Freedom is a practice of liberation. It is a somatic, ecstatic and shamanic dance practice supporting the emergence of living oneness. It is fun, easy, elegant and empowering. It heals. It reveals. It welcomes. Any person of any age, size, color or creed can do it. When we come together we come in peace to create a deep space of shared practice, transformation and community.
Dancing Freedom is a yoga of motion.
Stillness and action co-create each other. The spiritual journey is a love dance in the space within and between. To be one, at peace, and at home, with the cosmic dance is to be free. Though we are already free, we forget. Dancing Freedom practices shine light into the cellular truth of wholeness. We travel somatic, ecstatic and shamanic currents HOME.
