Teacher description
Alexandra is an ER nurse and trauma-informed yoga teacher who teaches movement as a healthier coping mechanism than screaming into the void.
Her classes blend strong flow, deep stretches, creative sequences, and heavy playlists designed to help you process stress without throwing your phone across the room.
Come breathe. Come move. Exist slightly better afterward.
