About this Event
Mental Health Sip & Paint – Wellness, Connection, and Creativity
Join us on 28 March 2026 at 2:00 PM (GMT) for an uplifting afternoon dedicated to wellness, creativity, and community. This Sip & Paint session offers a relaxed space where people can come together, enjoy a glass of prosecco, and unwind with some light nibbles while exploring the power of art for wellbeing.
This event is designed to create a welcoming environment where we can openly discuss the mental health challenges that affect our communities, reduce stigma, and normalise these important conversations. Whether you’re an experienced artist or simply looking for a calm space to decompress, you’ll be supported to express yourself freely and connect with others in a meaningful way.
Expect a warm atmosphere, guided creativity, and genuine conversation — no pressure, no judgement, just a chance to breathe, paint, and be part of a supportive community.
