About this Event
The MHFA course is delivered over 4 Zoom sessions on the following dates:
Monday 3 February and Tuesday 4 February
The Zoom sessions take place from 9:00 - 1700 hours with a break for lunch. You need to attend all 4 sessions to complete the course.
MHFAiders® are essential to maintaining employee wellbeing. By training with us your people will gain:

Learning Outcomes:
As an MHFAider® you will be able to:
–Recognise those that may be experiencing poor mental health and provide them with first-level support and early intervention
–Encourage a person to identify and access sources of professional help and other supports
–Practise active listening and empathy
–Have a conversation with improved mental health literacy around language and stigma
–Discuss the role in depth, including boundaries and confidentiality
–Practise self-care
