Two-Day Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) CourseLearn how to recognise and support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.
This accredited Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course provides practical skills and confidence to help someone until appropriate professional support is available. Delivered by a licensed MHFA Australia instructor, the course is based on national guidelines developed through the expert consensus of people with lived experience and mental health professionals.
Participants will learn how to recognise the signs of common mental health problems, respond to a crisis, offer initial support, and help someone access the professional help and resources they need.
Through this training you will gain the confidence to help, learn a practical MHFA action plan, and become part of a global community supporting better mental health outcomes.
