Virtual Mental Health First Aid Training
YOU CAN BE THE DIFFERENCE! Mental Health First Aid teaches you how to identify, understand and respond to sign of mental health and substance use challenges among adults.

Format:
Participants must complete 2 hours of pre-work using a computer with an internet connection prior to the 6-hour live zoom virtual session.
