This event is dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for mental health and suicide prevention. Adults, youth and, families are welcomed to particiapte!
In honor of National Mental Health Awareness month, this in-person event will feature engaging craft activities and opportunities to connect with others passionate about mental health and overall wellbeing
A variety of activities that include our 5 senses will be available for an enriching experience, because our health and wellbeing encompass our Body, Mind, and Spirit.

- Craft: Create your own green charm
- Master Gardener - Poppy flower activity
