We're Ending the Stigma Around Men's Mental Health
The pressure to keep it all together, mask challenging emotions, and never appear too weak can become overwhelming.
This event invites men in the San Antonio community to discover tools and resources to manage stress and anxiety and build meaningful connections.
This is an opportunity to:
- Learn practical strategies for managing stress in healthy ways from local therapists.
- Break down the stigma surrounding men’s mental health.
- Hear personal stories from a panel of men with lived experiences around mental health.

Sinclair Ceasar III, CEO of Sinclairity Consulting LLC, is a Certified Mental Health First Aid Instructor and TEDx Speaker based in San Antonio and works with organizations and companies to help them champion mental health and psychological safety through training, leadership development workshops, and consulting.
He founded the annual Workplace Mental Health Summit in San Antonio in November 2024, Texas, attracting over 60 employers.
For over a decade, Sinclair has partnered with over 50 organizations, including Microsoft, Toyota, LinkedIn, and Johns Hopkins University.
