If you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, rage, brain fog, exhaustion, sleep issues, weight changes, low libido, joint pain, or feeling like a stranger in your own body… this workshop is for you.
Join us for a one-hour Menopause Mijas education workshop where we break down perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause in real, no-BS language. You’ll learn what’s actually happening in your body, why symptoms show up so differently from person to person, and how to stop second-guessing yourself.
Most importantly, you’ll walk away with the tools to advocate for yourself so you’re not dismissed, misdiagnosed, or prescribed the wrong Medic*tion.
