Menopause Cafe with Mindset Me Fit
Join us for an in-person gathering where we chat openly about menopause in a relaxed, friendly setting. Whether you're navigating changes or just curious, this is your chance to connect, share stories, and learn with others. No formal talks—just honest conversations and great company.
This session is led by Fitness and Mindset Coach Tatiana (AKA Sooperfireflygirl) who will be delivering a fitness class alongside the open-forum supportive space to learn, develop and share as part of the Mindset Me Fit programme.
Food and drink will be available to purchase from the cafe.
Parking is available on the surrounding residential streets.
