MEN AND WOMEN'S DESIRE CIRCLE

This event invites you to explore your desires in relation to the opposite sex. Within a safe and held circle.

You will be invited to connect with how you would most like to be met by men, or by women. And to courageously name, and potentially receive, your desired experiences.

(Depending on the consent, boundaries and capacity of yourself and of the other people in the circle.)

All desire are welcome. From the tender, to the sexual, the playful, the fiery , the weird, the sensual, mundane, fantasy, kinky, sweet, young or archtypal.

Desire in this context can mean sexual desire, but also invited are the broader non-sexual ways you would love to connect, or be seen and felt by the opposite sex.

If you desire it, it is welcome to be felt and named.

If there is mutual consent, the invitation is to move into being met in your desires, on the mat, in the center of a lovingly held circle of sacred witnesses.*

*Desires will be enacted out energetially, rather than entirely literally.

Genital touch or stimulation will not be a part of this circle.

Nudity may be a part of this circle.

This is an invitation to expand your capacity to receive, and to give, with an open heart.

It is an opportunity to gain new imprints as to what is possible for you in your life.

The intention of this circle is also to expand and integrate more of your own inner masculine and feminine energies.

If we desire something from the Other, perhaps these are clues to places of expansion within our own expression.

At its widest level, this circle is intended as an alchemical portal.

Jung's notion of The Transcendent Function states that, when any two opposite polaries unite, they generate a new psycho-spiritual possiblity.

This circle/ritual will evoke a lot of creative energy that can be harnessed for potent transformation and manifestation in your life.

WHAT IS CIRCLE?

• Circle is a group embodiement practice. It invites participants to move into the centre of the circe, onto the mat, and embody and expand into different energeis and 'ranges'.

• Circle combines aspects of a sharing circle, circling, group forum and family constellations. It is predominanly inspired by Heart IQ circle work, created by Christian Pankhurst.

• Circle is a practice that asks: "What in this moment would liberate and open me?" It is not focued on what is broken, rather what would bring us joy. This paradoxically allows space for any emotions and traumas that are in the way of this joy to surface.

• Circle is a place to get new imprints for how you would like to be met in your life. It is a place to expand your range in terms of the energies your nervous system is able to express, embody and hold.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS EVENT

• Embodiment practices to support self connection, regulation and safety.

• Embodiment practices to support group regulation, trust, attunement and safety.

• A playful environment that welcomes healing through liberation, expansion and pleasure.

• Space to share and be welcomed in your inner landscape and expriences.

• A circle space that invites you to name your desires, take space in the centre of the circle on the mat, and be met in those desires by other (mutually consenting) people in the group.

• A trauma informed space, with boundaries and consent at the centre, that honours moving at the pace of the slowest part of you.

• A welcoming of all part of you.

• Alchemical teachings about how working with the unification of opposites within ourselves can create new psycho-spiritual realities in our life.

WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?

• People who want to expand their capacity to connect with, express, and be met in their desires.

• People who want to expand the expression of their own masculine and feminine energies.

• People who already have a good integration of boundaries and consent. Who are comfortable expressing personal boundaries and consent and receiving boundaries and consent from others.

• People who have a good capacity to hold themselves if triggers arise. There will be support in the space. However, good personal regulation skills are advisable.

• People who were biolgically born, and identify, as either a man or a woman.

• People of all sexual orientations. (Desire towards the opposite sex does not need to have a sexual component)

• People of all ages (21+), body types, races, and religions.

• People with an interest in psycho-spiriutal alchemy.

• People who already have some expriences of personal development spaces and some form of being in circle with others.

• People who want to explore the flow of eros within a group.

WHO IS THIS NOT FOR?

• Couples. Couples bring existing interpersonal dynamics into the space that require a different level of holding. If you are in a couple and would like to attend without your partner, please check in with your partner about your relationship boundaries before coming.

• People with a lot of unmet or unresolved trauma in relation to the opposite sex that may be activated in an overwhelming way for them by the space.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR:

Nicola Cross is coach and facilitator specialising in sexuality, intimacy, embodiment and the occult arts.

She is a graduate of the year long trauma-informed emergent facilitator training, The Field (2024). The training comprehensivley covered trauma informed space holding, facilitating emergent spaces, circle work and integrating a Culture of Care into facilitation.

Nicola further trained with Christian Pankhurst in Heart IQ circle facilitation at New Eden retreat center. She contines to work with the Tamera community with their School of Love, studying the flow of eros within community.

Nicola is a certified Existential Kink coach, and offers 1:1 life coaching at magickembodied.com.

She has year long trainings in both Transpersonal Psychology and Integrative Arts Psychotherapy.

Nicola is a graduate of the ISTA Sexual Spiritual Shamanic Trainings, Level 1 and 2.

She has studied the inner marriage of the spirtual masculine and feminine extensively with both Clara Gomez Santos and Maya Luna.

Alexander Mackain

Alexander is a coach, hypnotherapist and writer. After working as an actor and facilitator in the private sector, her trained extensively in Generateive Trance, a trauma-informed approach to coaching and hypnotherapy under Stephen Gilligan Phd.

He also trained as an actor and has been exploring and facilitating relational awareness practices for the last 8 years. He holds a men's development group, weekly trance community calls and deep dives into Generative Sexuality.

He's particulalry interested in the intersection of creativity, sexuality, and authentic, embodied leadership.

After this, refunds are not possible and the ticket fee will be lost, as event costs will already be fixed by this point, as well as the size and gender division of the group needing to be taken into account in the planning of the workshop content.
