Men’s Reformer Pilates - 4 Week Beginner Course
A Reformer Pilates course built for men. Over four weeks, we’ll build a foundation of
strength, awareness, and flow. You’ll work hard, breathe deeper, and be challenged in each
session.
Each class focuses on control, precision, and full-body strength - the kind that improves how
you move in and out of the studio.
Week 1 - Foundation
Breath. Awareness. Core Connection.
Week 1 focuses on grounding, alignment, and getting confident on the reformer - learning
how the machine moves and how to control it with ease. You’ll practice foundational Pilates
principles including breath, body awareness, and deep core activation. Expect slow,
intentional movements that build stability from the ground up while waking up muscles you
didn’t know you had.
Week 2 - Control
Strength. Stability.
In the second week we’ll move past the absolute basics and start to build on the foundational
exercises from week one, increasing the duration and repetitions.
You’ll strengthen your core, while improving flexibility, mobility and body
awareness. Every movement has purpose - every rep counts.
Week 3 - Power
Precision. Intensity. Flow.
Now the challenge rises.
Dynamic sequences and heavier springs build strength through full ranges of motion.
This is where you will learn to move with precision and control while continuing to
challenge your body in new ways.
Week 4 - Integration
Flow. Control. Strength.
Week 4 brings everything together as you move with confidence and control through a
full-body reformer flow. This week is about strength, coordination, and balance - applying
all the breathwork, core connection, and body awareness you’ve built so far. Expect a
full-body session that challenges your strength and stability. By the end, you’ll feel confident to continue your Reformer Pilates journey.

No Pilates experience needed. All fitness levels welcome.
