Slow Reformer Pilates for Building Strength with Lisa

Fridays in Feb 13th, 20th, 27th & March 6th

This 4-week course with Lisa is designed to increase mobility and strength in older participants. The course will focus on enhancing core strength, improving mobility in joints and increasing overall body strength.
