This event will include a guided thirty-minute meditation with light movement in the historic house by practiced Urban Sanctuary facilitators to help you start your week with intention. Afterwards, guests are encouraged to enjoy cups of our revitalizing museum signature Lady Lavender tea with citrus, vanilla, and bergamot.
Guests are encouraged to participate in this event in a way that best suits their needs and comfort. This moving meditation can be enjoyed on a mat on the floor, in a chair, or in any preferred seating arrangement brought from home. CCWH will provide a limited number of chairs, mats, and blankets.
Meditation to Start Your Week with Urban Sanctuary will be offered on a variety of dates. Select one to attend or feel free to participate in all.
