Meditation + Painting Your Sacred Symbol (space limited to 12 women)

Date: Saturday July 8th, 2023
Time: 1pm - 4pm
Location: Manzana - Creative Entepreneurship Community, 47 High St, Auckland Central, Auckland, New Zealand. ( enter the arcade from High st, down a few steps, Manzana is on the right hand side)
Program:
- Introduction & Intention setting (10 mins)
- Breath work (5 mins)
- Guided Meditation on the 7 chakras (15 mins)
- Journaling & Sharing on your highest self visualisation (40 mins)
- Sharing on how to set up and create an altar space/ meditation corner at home dedicated to your own practice.
- Explaining on the Sacred Symbol and how to create your own one from your intention setting, journaling & visualization practice (5 mins)
- Painting your Sacred Symbol with all the art supplies provided (1-1.5 hours)
- Closing Ceremony: closing meditation & choosing your personal affirmation (5 mins)
- Q&A
- All art supplies, healthy homemade snacks & herbal tea are provided
What you will get out of this session:
- Deeper connection with your inner self, to embrace your authentic self, and to understand yourself better through the practice of meditation & journalling with prompt questions given by hosts.
- Getting a good understanding of the 7 chakras system and how it could help you on your own journey.
- Getting to know the practice of setting up & having an altar space dedicated to your own practice at home. Having a good understanding of the usages of sacred symbols.
- Being in a safe space to share your personal story. Connecting with other women at a meaningful and deeper level in the practice of holding space for each other, listening deeply to other stories and sharing thoughts & insights.
- Letting your inner artist out to create your own art piece to take home. Have your own unique Sacred Symbol to add on to your altar space at home. All art supplies are provided.
- Healthy homemade snacks and herbal/ fruit tea are provided.
- A little thank you gift from our sponsors to take home.
What you need to bring:
- Your own journal/ notebook & pen ( papers & pen will be provided for anyone that doesn't bring their own journal)
- No prior experience on art required.
- Warm clothes for your own comfort.
Where to park:
- Victoria st Carpark is in 3 mins walking to the venue with weekend rate: $2 per hour (highly recommend you get at least 3,5 hours for parking if you would like to stay back a little more to mingle with others)
ABOUT OUR WATER+AIR+ETHER ELEMENT GATHERING:
- The gathering of women in the energy of Water, Air, Ether: it is all about the flow of creativity, emotions, sensations & expressions of our highest self through meditation, art, music & movement.
- These series of gathering is once every 2-3 months.

ABOUT OUR LYD (Living your dream) WOMEN'S CIRCLE:
- The circle is founded by Sierra Truong, a spiritual artist & meditation facilitator in Auckland with the mission to create a little spiritual community of female entrepreneurs & creatives who is passionate about living their most authentic and abundant lives. All of our women's gathering starts with a tea meditation and flows to a journaling practice, then sharing stories.
- We are committed to hold space for each and every women to share their story, to be heard & to feel most authentic. As we believe true belonging is to stay true to your inner self while also accepting and surrendering to what is.
- Authenticity and abundance go together. Most of our session is to remind ourselves to once again appreciating what we have as they are all foundation for abundance. And we can all enjoy abundance in the stillness we share together through tea meditation, the joy of taking care of our inner self, the love in sharing & listening to others. Spirituality is connection with ourselves, with others, with all things in Nature. And community is wealth.
