Starting with heart-opening ceremonial cacao, relax and enter a deep relaxation and immersive musical meditation with ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, bells, and other instruments, the therapeutic sound tools that have been used by ancient cultures.
Prepare yourself to be guided into a safe healing space where you can connect to your breath, dive deep within, and relax after a busy day.
Then from this space of calm and relaxation, dive deep into your subconscious mind, connect you to your most authentic emotions and desires and manifest your dreams and goals.
All these holistic modalities are proven to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health.
