The course would benefit everyone who works in the charity sector, especially chief executives, board directors, senior PR and media managers, projects leaders, project workers or beneficiaries as well as experienced spokespeople who are preparing for a specific interview or would like to refresh their skills.

Jeffrey Ingold (He/Him) is a freelance PR & equalities consultant. He is the former Head of Media for Europe's largest LGBTQ+ charity, Stonewall and has worked in communications for 10 years. He is also a freelance journalist interested in issues of social justice, pop culture and identity with bylines in The Guardian, i, Metro, VICE and openDemocracy.
