This is the first and foundational stage learning in becoming a fully accredited i3 coaching associate and will enable all attendees to deliver 1 on 1 developmental feedback.

What is covered?

This course is comprehensive and delivered virtually over a total of 13.5 hours of manageable sessions, split over 2.5 days

i3 indicators explained - in depth
Productive environment - the actual place and space where people are most comfortable
Identifying Uniqueness
Leadership Traits
Preparing reports and delivering individual feedback
Administration support

MONDAY

9.30am - 10.45am: Introduction: What is i3?

11.15am - 12.30pm: Indicators Explained

1.30pm - 2.45pm: Indicators Explained

3.30pm - 5.15pm:Indicators Explained

TUESDAY

9.30am - 11.00am: Identifying Uniqueness

11.30am - 1.00pm: Leadership Traits

2.00pm - 3.30pm:Productive Environment

4.00pm - 5.15pm: Report format; Set up

WEDNESDAY

9.30am - 11.00am: Delivering feedback

PLUS - 1 hour, 1-on-1 review & plan for next steps (TBA)

Additional training – over the next few months we will also be offering the option of "bolt on" training for the further 2 outputs (i3 recruit & i3 team dynamix) - details will be given following your foundation training.

Preparation & Resources - you will be sent a training manual in the form of a PDF with hard copies and resource cards sent directly to you once payment commences.

In preparation for the course we need every attendee to have had completed their own i3 profile assessment arranging for individual feedback to be delivered to them prior to the course commencing if not already received. We will also gift you 2 units which will be added to your new account. One of these units is to be used as a test candidate on the course. You will be contacted individually to help facilitate this.

To get started with our online Foundation Course simply sign up now to book your place and we will also arrange for you to receive your own i3 feedback session as part of the course preparation if required.

Payment Terms

50% invoiced and to be paid at time of booking, 50% invoiced upon course completion (30 day payment terms), OR
10% discount applied if you choose to make full payment at time of booking

Once you have completed the Foundation Course you will be able to purchase units (each online assessment is 1 unit) at the individual price of £15+VAT.
