About this Event
Hosted in The Chapel at Elmtree by Spacemade, this evening brings together experienced psychologists from Belgravia Psychology Practice alongside The Mental Fight Club. Together we will explore how to better understand, support and take care of our mental health, both individually and collectively.
The guided discussion will cover some of the most common and important topics in mental health today. From understanding the different types of therapy, to navigating life’s challenges such as grief, trauma, relationships and identity, our panel will share insights from their diverse areas of expertise. We’ll also explore practical approaches to wellbeing, including community-based support and creative practices.
The session will be followed by an audience Q&A, offering a chance to ask questions in a supportive, non-judgemental space.
We’re proud to be joined by Mental Fight Club: a leading community mental health charity, whose work focuses on connection, creativity and maintaining wellbeing beyond traditional services. All proceeds for this event (minus Eventrbrite's fees), will go to The Mental Fight Club to support their amazing work! Donations will also be collected on the night for anyone that would like to contribute further.
Whether you’re curious about therapy, looking for support, or simply want to be part of a meaningful conversation, this event is designed to be accessible, welcoming and informative for all.
