May's Queer Waves of Soul & Sound

Join us for a morning of relaxation and reflection at our monthly QWSS offering, a free Sound Bath & Gratitude Journaling community event. We will be returning to Live Oak Park Lawn and preparing for the spring equinox, a moment of cosmological balance. Through the sound journey, journaling, and community we will align with our highest, most empowered self while harmonizing the physical and energetic body as well as the mind.

Come early to enjoy some light snacks and to relax and set up your space before we begin. We will open with an introduction, followed by a guided sound bath featuring a variety of instruments, including crystal bowls, drums, and chimes. After the sound bath, we will transition into a gratitude journaling session. Prompts will be provided to help with reflection and integration, encouraging mindfulness and self-awareness. We will close with a sharing circle (sharing is optional) where space is held for collective and personal empowerment and connection.

• A yoga mat and/or blanket for comfort
• Layers (it looks like it might be a little chilly in the morning)

• A journal/notebook
• A pen/pencil
• Any personal items that help you feel grounded or that you'd like to be charged

This event is perfect for anyone looking to unwind, connect with their inner self and queer community, and cultivate gratitude in their lives. Whether you are new to sound healing or an experienced practitioner, all are welcome to join.

This is a free event open to our queer community, open to donations if you'd like to support the effort to offer these monthly events. If you cannot attend after registering, please let us know.
