May Greens, Flowers, and Fungi

During our May Forage we’ll explore the flora and funga of the beautiful Cammo Estate to the west of the City.  We’ll amble through woodland, parkland, fields, and meadows, and look at and taste some of the most delicious wild flavours of our Scottish springtime.  We’ll discuss identification features, responsible foraging practices, preparation suggestions, and, of course, similar looking toxic and inedible species.  This foraging walk is suitable for all ages and skill levels and will include a delicious picnic of foods and beverages brimming with foraged flavours.
