As we move through spring and summer beckons, take an afternoon to pause, reflect, and tend to what's growing in your life. Join certified coach and yoga teacher Jane Macdonald of Solas Yoga for Buds of May - a warm, intimate workshop weaving together movement, writing, and conversation to help you make the most of the season ahead.
This workshop invites you to reflect on your year so far: what's flourished, what's been tricky, and what’s just beginning to bud. Through yoga, reflective writing, and supportive discussions, you'll leave with a clearer sense of what you want to nurture over the coming season – and gentle commitments to help it blossom!
