About the Book:
Maxi’s Kitchen features 95 recipes, including 75 brand-new dishes, plus a selection of Maxine’s most cherished family recipes and fan-favorite dishes from her platform. The book is organized by day of the week, with an intention for each day to help readers choose the perfect recipe to match their mood. Early in the week features quick and simple meals, most ready in under 30 minutes. Midweek brings fun handhelds and colorful bowls to keep things fresh, while the week wraps up with indulgent date-night dishes and more immersive cooking projects for when you have extra time.
