An evening designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and restore.
We’ll begin with a 45-minute Pilates session to gently move the body, release tension, and bring you back into yourself. Expect a mindful, grounding flow that focuses on breath, strength, and softness, creating space both physically and mentally.
Following the class, we’ll transition into Thrive: Preventing Burnout, a thoughtful and intimate talk created especially for women who give a lot to their work, families, and communities, often at the expense of themselves.
Together, we’ll explore the early signs of burnout, the hidden pressures of over-responsibility, and the emotional patterns that can lead to exhaustion. Grounded in psychological insight and real-life experience, this session offers practical reflections and simple, supportive tools to help you reconnect with your energy, set healthier boundaries, and find a more sustainable way of caring without losing yourself along the way.
This is a space to pause, reflect, and pour back into you.
