Meet the Facilitators:

Bernard A. Williams is a seasoned attorney, entrepreneur, and business leader with over 20 years of experience representing business owners in Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey. As the founder of Company Counsel LLC, he provides Fractional General Counsel Services and legal guidance on business agreements, disputes, startups, and more. A former partner at Legis Group and alumnus of top law firms including Cravath and Drinker Biddle, Bernard has represented Fortune 100 clients and led high-stakes litigation. He’s also a respected speaker, adjunct professor, and community advocate, having served on several nonprofit boards and mentored young entrepreneurs. His work has earned him numerous accolades, including Pennsylvania SuperLawyer and multiple Philly100 awards for Company Counsel. Bernard holds a law degree from NYU School of Law, where he was an editor of the NYU Law Review.

Edgar Ndjatou is a DC-based workers’ rights advocate and business/nonprofit consultant who is passionate about creating workplaces that value fair treatment, trust and open communication. Previously a practicing employment attorney, Edgar leverages his knowledge and skillset to educate the public on workers’ rights and leads advocacy efforts in support of employees and their wellbeing. Through his consulting business, Officium, Edgar supports a clientbase that spans across a variety of industries in the public, private and government sector in making competent HR decisions, strategizing innovative policies and procedures that benefit both employers and workers, helping to address career obstacles, and navigating difficult situations through alternative dispute resolution.
