Maryzelle's Cacao ceremony & Gongbath

You are invited into a sacred evening of heart opening cacao and immersive gong soundbath
We begin by gathering in circle to receive ceremonial cacao: a gentle, ancient plant ally known for opening the heart, softening the nervous system, and guiding us into deeper presence. Through intention setting, breath, and prayer, we attune to the wisdom of the cacao and anchor into the body.
From this grounded space, you’ll be guided into a meditation, then a full spectrum gongbath. The vibrations of the gongs wash through the body like waves, clearing stagnant energy, calming the mind, and inviting profound rest and release. The sound works beyond words supporting emotional healing, nervous system regulation, and deep inner listening.
This ceremony is an invitation to slow down, open the heart, and be held by sound.
