Her trauma-informed approach helps students release tension, build confidence, and reconnect with their inner magic. Sarah’s classes are playful, grounding, and welcoming to all—no dance experience needed.

Celina Goldsmith — Yoga Guide & Story Weaver
Celina is a mom of four boys, a devoted yoga teacher, and a gifted storyteller. Her approach blends breath, mindful movement, and the power of narrative to help students drop into their bodies and open their imaginations.
