About this Event
This immersive sound healing meditation is designed to help regulate the nervous system and guide the body into a state of deep rest. Using 432 Hz crystal singing bowls tuned to the 7 chakras, Kirsten creates a soothing soundscape that gently quiets the mind and brings the body back into balance.
Throughout the session, you’ll be guided through a meditation journey that may include loving-kindness practices, chakra-balancing affirmations, releasing limiting beliefs, and connecting with your higher self. Gentle breathwork techniques will also be woven into the experience to support nervous system regulation and help you settle into a calm, grounded state.
This trauma-informed space welcomes anyone seeking deep relaxation, emotional reset, and a moment to reconnect with themselves.
You’ll leave feeling regulated, restored, and more at home within your body.
No experience with meditation or sound healing is needed—just come as you are.
