Our speaker this March is Rachel Jones-Wild, an integrative psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and mindfulness practitioner. She is the founder of Mindful Therapies CIO and is the clinical lead of Here and Now Therapies, an affordable counselling service based in Newcastle City Centre and online. She also runs the Here and Now Academy, training therapists to develop greater self-awareness and use mindfulness based tools in their client work. She will be speaking about how to step into your true identity as a therapist, letting go of imposter syndrome and practising from your values.
