About this Event
Author and successful marathon walker, Susan Sommers, shares her story and describes the successes and obstacles she experienced in her journey to unlock her potential and fulfill her health and fitness goals and dreams. She challenges and motivates her audiences to embrace changes and to take small, realistic steps to achieve maximum fitness, health, and well-being throughout their lives.
Susan also shares the principles, strategies and tools that guided her through her races and into her present life.
