At our essence we are vibration and this course strives to help us awaken the dormant spiritual energy within through the practice of mantras, malas, & mudras. You will practice listening to “the celestial music within” known as nada, or the inner power behind mantra. We will explore how that deep attunement impacts our body & mind to create a stronger union with Spirit, transforming our understanding of what it means to be human. Mudras, or energetic seals of the hands, face, & body help complete the circuitry of energy within, enhancing the resonance of any thought, word, or sound.

Immersion Open to the Public
This weekend intensive is part of Karma Yoga Center’s 300hr YTT & is open to all yoga teachers & dedicated students looking to dive into the world of sound & energy.
Attendees can read Dr. David Frawley’s book "Mantra of Yoga and Primal Sound" and you will learn to chant the Sanskrit alphabet, the Purusha Mantra, the Vedic Peace mantras, and be guided toward your own guru mantra.
** You can purchase "Mantra of Yoga and Primal Sound" online at Amazon or any other online bookstore. **
You will also learn the art of making a mala to use for your spiritual practice; we will choose beads, thread & a mantra that all align to create a tool infused with deep, personal meaning. Mudras bring it all together as we practice to unite the physical, causal, & astral bodies to remember who we really are.
**All mala making supplies will be provided with the registration fee. **
