Friday, December 6, from 4 - 6pm join fellow AIA Colorado Denver section members for a Holiday Happy Hour hosted at OZ Architecture’s offices (3003 Larimer St., Denver, CO 80205), where members can tour the firm’s recent remodel/expansion, connect, and celebrate the season.
Light food and drinks will be provided.

OZ Architecture's recent office expansion and renovation brings their entire team under one roof for the first time in their 60-year history. Located in the heart of RiNo at 3003 Larimer St., the firm has focused their renovation on adding dynamic and collaborative spaces, creating an environment that the staff members want to be in, offering many options for individual workstyles, with updated finishes and spaces that mirror their brand. The new design reflects the firm’s commitment to innovation, with an open and flexible layout that fosters creativity and enhances team synergy. Technology has also been completely upgraded, and you can check out some of the tools they use in the design process for communication with clients and to enhance internal workflows. Sustainable materials were used throughout, and special attention was paid to creating a more inclusive environment for the entire staff.
Starting at 6pm on the first Friday of each month, the RiNo Arts District comes alive. First Fridays are organized by The RiNo Art District, a grassroots nonprofit group that focuses on the power of art and connecting people through this medium to create a thriving community. This is a great time to explore the many galleries, shops, and restaurants as the neighborhood around OZ gets very lively during each First Friday.
