Join us for a beautiful, uplifting afternoon on Saturday 14th March, designed to help you plan your health goals the right way, reconnect with yourself and step confidently into your next chapter.
The Spring Equinox is the true energetic start of the year; a moment of renewal and fresh beginnings. While January and February often feels rushed and pressured, this is the time when real change begins to flow.
We’ll begin with a guided creative workshop that will allow you to set your intentions and goals in a meaningful, personal, and inspiring way. With good music and good vibes.
Throughout the session, you’ll enjoy nourishing snacks and refreshing drinks, thoughtfully chosen to support your energy and wellbeing.
will then lead an empowering nutrition and lifestyle talk, sharing her top tips for building healthy eating habits, meal plans, staying consistent, and creating routines that actually fit into real life. Simple, realistic tools you can take away and use straight away.
We’ll also come together for a warm, supportive woman-to-woman session in smaller groups. This is a safe, judgement-free space to talk about wellbeing, mental health, confidence, relationships, growth, and life in general. You are never obliged to share, listening is just as powerful. Expect empathy, encouragement, and genuine connection.
Along the way, you’ll receive some goodies to take home, so the energy of the day stays with you long after the event ends.
This is more than a workshop, it’s a reset, a reminder, and a celebration of becoming your happiest, healthiest self.
