This masterclass will equip you with powerful, practical strategies for resolving workplace conflicts (and tiffs at home too!). Learn how to turn challenging conversations with difficult people into a foundation for improved relationships, enhanced morale and increased productivity.

This course will also give participants a six-step process that they can use and modify to resolve conflicts of any size. Participants will also learn crucial conflict resolution skills, including dealing with anger, the Johari Wndow, and using the Agreement Frame.

Schedule: The Masterclass is scheduled over 2 x 4 hour Virtual Sessions , conducted over a period of 2 consecutive weeks.

Info: In this first session, we will explore the various types of conflict you may encounter in the workplace, and consider the typical causes of conflict. You will also learn about a highly effective conflict resolution process, and best practice in preventing conflict at work. We will explore case studies and examples of successful and failed resolution processes.

Info: In this session, we work through the conflict resolution process, from laying the foundations for resolution, through identifying causes and identifying potential solutions, to creating mutual understanding. You will also learn about best practices in managing anger and confronting situations, in dealing with conflict resolution failure and in managing post conflict actions and prevention of future problems.
