This 4-week circle is a gentle, 'come as you are' space. Free from pressures, expectations, presentations or to-do lists. This relaxed support and discussion circle supports mothers through identity changes, sleep, hormones, mood and energy. Helping you feel seen, supported and nourished in your motherhood journey.

Led by Gemma; mum, children's nurse and naturopathic nutritionist specialising in maternal and family health. She says:
"I've felt the overwhelm that comes when all the care during pregnancy disappears once baby arrives, and I know how easy it is to stop nourishing yourself.
