About this Event
For the past six months, Mamas Circle has been a space where mothers come together online to feel seen, heard, and less alone. This May, we're bringing that same warmth into a room!
We're gathering in Central London for a relaxed morning of connection. Your host is Dr Alria Williams, a Clinical Psychologist and founder of Sawubona CIC, and the conversation will centre on how your identity shifts when you become a mum.
So if you've been craving adult conversation with other mums who get it, you're welcome to join - and bring your baby along too!
What mums are saying
"I was so pleasantly surprised to find this amazing group of thoughtful intelligent mamas, and such a beautifully held space that made me feel very not anxious. Since having Nina I came away from most interactions being like 'when will I remember how to act like a human?' But I felt in the group last week that I was a member of the space, thoughtful, articulate when I did speak, and really enjoyed hearing from everyone. It felt very positive and I'm so excited for the next one!"
