Join Nashville Mama Club and Moms of Nashville at Bump City for a mommy + me movement class!
Led by Jacquie Smith of Little Adapts By Jax—a mama of 3, prenatal and postnatal trainer, yogi, and health coach—and her 3 month old son, Wilder, this full-body Mommy + Me yoga flow uses gentle movement, stretching, and sculpting to support reconnection with your body, breath, and baby. Not only is it an opportunity to give your body some much needed love, but it's also a way to bring your baby into your practice and show them just how important movement is.
*Note: Recommended for babies who aren't crawling yet, but feel free to bring your older children as we'll have a ball pit set up. Pregnant mamas also welcome!

To Bring: Water bottle and blanket for baby. We'll provide yoga mats + blocks.
