Experience Śivaratri, the night of Siva. We will learn the mantras, correct pronunciation to unlock the full potential, and take a deep dive into the energy of Siva. Within the sound is the meaning of the mantra. Full participation brings us into union with the energy. This is an excellent time to bring up deep wounds for healing, and do shadow work. Bring something for grounding at the end. Suggestions are a crystal like obsidian or chocolate. We will end in meditation or a restorative pose for integration.
Mantra & integration from 6:30-8pm, with a vegetarian meal and mingling until 9pm.

Marla Pelletier, your host, is a second-generation Indian-American who has been leading yoga & meditation classes since 2006. She runs the corporate wellness company, Inward Office, encouraging daily movement & stress relief at work.
