Experience Śivaratri, the night of Śiva. We will learn the mantras, correct pronunciation to unlock the full potential, and take a deep dive into the energy of Śiva. Within the sound is the meaning of the mantra. Full participation brings us into union with the energy. Guests include Mike Van Munster on drums, Teagan West creating a drum and leading a dance, David on sitar for a meditative rāga.
This is an excellent time to bring up deep wounds for healing, and do shadow work. Bring something for grounding at the end. Suggestions are a crystal like obsidian or chocolate. We will end in meditation or a restorative pose for integration.
Mantra & integration from 5-7pm, with a vegetarian meal and mingling until 8pm.
