3. CONSENT AND BOUNDARIES:
Practice the power of saying yes to what you want and no to what doesn't feel right. Explore familiar and unfamiliar aspects of your sexuality in a safe and held space, unlocking new levels of pleasure within yourself.
We will practice asking for what you want and for being in service to the divine in all. Practice saying no to that which does not feel right for your body and mind. Go on an exploration with curiosity in order to experience familiar and unfamiliar aspects of your sexuality through each color in a safe and held space. This is a temple where you get to unlock levels of sexuality and pleasure within yourself you did not know existed.
4. THE COLOR SYSTEM:
The color model is developed by Marte Jacobsen and is based on a sexological model where we can recognize ourselves in different aspects of our sexuality, represented by different colors. Some may recognize themselves in many, some in just a few.
Delve into an enchanting workshop offering sensory experiences based on the color model. Connect with your intimacy, exploring sensuality and sexuality individually and with others. In this temple, delve into your sexuality using the color model. 6. WHAT TO BRING:
We want everyone to experience good hygiene, and we require that you cover the mattress at all times during the workshop. That's why you need to bring a towel/sarong that will cover the whole mattress. You will also use a sarong to cover yourself or a small towel to cover the pillow. You also need a towel for taking a shower and for cleaning your feet from oil before the event starts, so bring as many as possible. Enhance your experience with sarongs, chocolate, oils, flowers, or favorite toys. Feel free to bring items that resonate with your senses.

With 20 years of experience in tantra and sexology, Marte is a certified sexologist and founder of various tantra festivals.
She has a lot of experience in tantra and sexology. She has 20 years of experience in both.
She has a long education in sexology at various universities and had her own practice for the past 10 years. She works daily at the Institute for Sexology AS as a sexologist. She has various educational degrees and certification that include hypnosis, acupuncture, tantric massage, and various educations in yoga and tantra. She has a deep passion for sexology and has developed various treatment methods in sexology.
