M-Powering Young Women — less confusion, more confidence! ✨M-Power is a playful, supportive 4-week playshop for young women aged 11–14 in Titirangi, Auckland.
A warm and empowering space to learn about:
💓the menstrual cycle
💓periods and PMS
💓mood and mental health
💓mindfulness and emotional regulation
💓and the magic, wisdom, and power of the female body
This series is all about replacing confusion, shame, and stigma with confidence, connection, and understanding ~ It's about learning the things we wish we learnt when we were younger!

Run by Lesia, Senior Neuropsychologist and Director of MindBody Connect, with support from Pippa, a final-year Psychology degree student, M-Power is designed to help girls feel informed, empowered, and more at home in their amazing bodies.
