Lunchtime Sound Bath & Relaxation Session (Outdoor)

Take a peaceful pause in the middle of your day with this one-hour Lunchtime Relaxation session in Fernhill Park and Gardens. Set in a beautiful natural environment, this class is designed to help you step away from daily stress and reconnect with a sense of calm and balance.

The session includes gentle breathwork, guided mindfulness, and a restorative sound bath, all aimed at calming the nervous system, releasing tension, and supporting overall wellbeing.

Suitable for all levels, this is a welcoming and accessible space where you can simply lie back, relax, and allow yourself to reset.

Please note this session may not be suitable for those who are pregnant, have sound-induced epilepsy, or have certain medically implanted devices such as pacemakers. This is an over 18s event.
