About this Event

Join us at Nurture Movement Studio for a grounding vinyasa flow followed by meditation. Eclipses can cause energetic and emotional shifts. They are a good time to reflect on the patterns in your life, thought processes, and emotions. Take the time to set an intention for this eclipse cycle and listen in to what you already know.

Wear comfortable clothes you like to move in. Bring your yoga mat (don't worry we have plenty that you can borrow!) and water.
