Pregnancy is a time of change, and you deserve space to slow down, soften and feel supported.
Lullabumps Pregnancy Yoga is a gentle, nurturing 4-week course created especially for pregnant people who want to move mindfully, release tension and build confidence in their changing body.
Each weekly class offers a calm blend of:
• Gentle, pregnancy-safe movement
• Breathwork to support relaxation and connection
• Time to rest, unwind and tune in to your baby
• Simple practices you can use at home during pregnancy
This is a warm, welcoming, inclusive space where you’re encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.
WHAT TO EXPECT

Small group (maximum 8 mats)

No previous yoga experience needed.

• Pregnant (over 12 Weeks )
• New to yoga or continuing during pregnancy
• Looking for calm, grounding movement
• Wanting time to connect with your body and baby
• Keen to meet other pregnant people in a relaxed setting

• This is a course booking, so refunds for missed sessions aren’t available
• If you miss a week, you’ll be offered: the option to join another Lullabumps class (subject to space), where possible.

Classes are led by a certified pregnancy yoga teacher, with a calm, supportive teaching style focused on safety, choice and relaxation.
Sessions are designed specifically for pregnant people ,no pressure, just gentle movement and breath.

• Always listen to your body, rest is encouraged
• By booking, you confirm you are pregnant and able to take part in gentle exercise
