LSKD X SHAPESMITHS Stride & Sip Shakeout 5K Run

Lace up and get ready to move! It’s time for our LSKD X Shapesmiths 5K Shakeout Run! Whether you’re gearing up for London HYROX or just looking for a fun, feel-good run, jog or walk with the community, this is the perfect way to get those legs moving and enjoy some fresh air with familiar faces and meet new ones.

We’ll meet at Shapesmiths at 12:00 PM sharp for a light warm-up session led by our coaches to get everyone loosened up and ready to roll. Then, by 12:30 PM, we’ll head off together on a relaxed 5K route to Battersea Park and no pressure, no competition, just good vibes and steady pacing.

And to finish we’ll have a well-earned hot chocolate from Mrs. Bees. Warm hands, happy legs, and plenty of post-run chat guaranteed.
