Loving My Health (Health & Fitness Expo)

Loving My Health (Health & Fitness Expo) Fitness & Fun Activities for the entire family, join us on January 21, 2022, 10 am – 2 pm at Finley Recreation Center, 7701 Mansfield Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19150.

Loving My Health is fun for kids of all ages. They can flex their physical fitness by participating in a completion-based obstacle course designed to challenge speed, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness. The event is FREE to the public and features a variety of activities for the whole family to enjoy, including active gaming fun for all ages and on-site programming designed to inspire kids and families to live a more active and healthy lifestyle!

Invite your moms, dads, husbands, brothers, sisters, all the kids, family, and friends. Hear from Medical Experts, Fitness Professionals, Nutritionists & Survivors.

This event will feature Exercise demonstrations, Fun Fitness Activities & and a Panel Discussion moderated by Shelly Shell Williams, speaking on the importance of keeping families, adults, and kids are active and healthy.

I fully acknowledge that participation carries an inherent risk of injury to my person and damage to my property. I hereby waive and release, for myself and for my heirs and assigns, any and all claims, causes of action, or liabilities that may hereafter accrue against X-pressions and its affiliates, their agents, employees, volunteers, officers, directors, successors and assigns, and any and all sponsors, their representatives and successors, that may arise as a result of my participation.
